Very satisfied assistant was more than helpful .. A bit slow but help with all our requirements

I will only be able to give highly satisfied one I have had bed and mattress delivered and tested

We were unable to use Amex card for a large purchase.

The shop assistant was really polite,serve me well.

I am happy with the way I spent time and puchased the items at Dreams but I could not comment that visit as highly satisfied as I got other products from silentnight at very competitive, infact low prices.

Happy with the service but prices are quite high compared to some online options. Also think you have to offer delivery as part of the deal and to try and charge another £20 to bring it upstairs is ridiculous

I felt that there should have been a much greater range available in single size beds. Many of the metal framed beds were only available in double or kingsize so limited choice.

There could have been a little more variety and choice of products

Would have preferred to "pick and mix" mattress and base. Also 2 drawer base had both drawers on same side of bed and I required 2 at the foot of bed - therefore had to pay more to get a 4 drawer divan base.

Store busy had to wait a while to be assisted.
