I was highly satisfied. The store in Purley way is and was under refirbishment. However, the whole experience despite this, was pleasurable and the salesmen especially Charles were very helpful and apologetic. I told him to put a sign in the window saying "Business as Usual " or "We are open" as from the outside, with the sunlight reflcting off the glass, all you could see were ladders, so it appeared the store was closed for refurbishment. He ammended this.

My customer service experience was more than fine and I was able to purchase the product I wanted quickly and easily. However the shop was undergoing a major refurbishment which meant all the beds were cramped into a small space, there were certain areas you could and couldn't walk on and an overpowering smell of floor adhesive. Whilst I appreciate work needs to be carried out and improvements made I felt it could have been better managed/organised but this was probably more down to the fitters than Dreams staff. It was quite chaotic.

Even though there was a good selection of medium king size mattresses to try I would have wanted a few more brands and variations at my price point. Wanted to spend between £650-£1000 and there was only a couple that were medium. It was more difficult for me also as I requested that I didn't want memory foam in the mattress as that is what I've got now (Tempur) and is literally doing my back in.

I felt the choice of beds in my price range could have been more extensive. If possible more of a choice of pocket spring mattresses, a softer option. But I thought the price was reasonable. I have not taken delivery yet, and won't for another month.

The store was clean and well laid out. It was easy to find what we were looking for. We liked the fact that we were left to look at products inpeace, however when we returned to make a purchase later in the day there were lots of staff around, but no one seemed particularly interested in serving us. We had to go to the desk to ask for help. Overall it was an ok experience.

The date for delivery wasnt as flexible as we would have liked and the mattresses were more expensive then I realised.
