Service was good and honest, was not made to fill pressured and allowed to browse at own free will and giving assistance when needed.. Was straight forward not a long process and that we could change mattress if not what we was happy with after a certain time as you need to sleep for a night or more to make sure it's right for you... Also took out insurance that I was not pressured to do just advised... Cannot stand being pushed for something and will walk out if I feel I am, so was overall a good experience for me.

We tried several times to order several different firm, pocket sprung mattress (our preference), but nothing was available for 4 weeks so we had to take a mattress which was not our first choice.

The assistance and placing an order in the Croydon store was good but I was given wrong information about changing my order. As I was unsure of some measurements I asked if I could change the order and was told that I just needed to call the store when I got home to amend the order if necessary. This I did only to be told that the store could not change the order but that I had to do that through customer services on the Monday. Had I known that I would have waited to get measurements and gone back to the store to place the whole order. I was told delivery of some items would be on a separate date. What I was not told was that the delivery would be 8 weeks. In store staff need to give customers correct information. I have made a couple of calls to customer services to chase up the change in my order, each time they have been very helpful but it was only talking to them I was made aware of the 8 week delivery time.

In general everything was fine- we would have liked a further discount but were assured by the member of staff - this was a fair price.

The salesperson was very understanding and spent a great deal of time with us and helped us make the right decision and did not rush us in any way whatsoever

The product was not flexible. Also there is a delivery charge of £39, but it comes direct from your supplier, so there is no option of collecting yourself, then you advertise that it is fitted free, I feel that Is a bit misleading to your customers and could be seen as being mis sold. The wardrobe was made to order, but we were not given opportunity of having extra shelf or hanging rail. Which I'm sure after spending £800 on would not have been too much to have asked. We now have to go elsewhere to get another shelf and hanging rail from another retailer, which will prob not match.
