The product i looking for is not on show and the information for the bed is not clear enough, even the salesman cannot answer my question.

Ian and Diane in the Croydon Dreams were both extremely helpful. Ian in particularly was first class - I would definitelty return to him when purchasing in the future.

Personally I am not really a fan of spending high amounts of cash but a new mattress is a necessity therefore the highly satisfied is not an option. I was happy with the knowledge gained and made an informed decision to buy the particular mattress. No hiccups so I was satisfied, no complaints.

I had to wait some time for assistance and was pointed to what I required, rather than shown. As I had questions, it made choosing my bed more difficult

There was only 1 member of staff working on the morning I visited, who was dealing with another customer who had many questions and requests, so I had to wait for around 20 minutes before I could see anyone. The lady that was working that morning was very apologetic and assured me she'd deal with me as quickly as possible. She was very lovely and I couldn't fault her one bit. I was happy to wait, I wonder though if perhaps a magazine or catalogue with all of your products in and information about them would have meant that I would have found what I wanted to know, and I could have placed an order as soon as the sales clerk became available.

I ordered a superking size bed and have to wait 4 weeks for delivery

The item will be delivered in a few days time. Once I have tried the product for a few days and am satisfied with my purchase, my satisfaction levels are likely to go up

Cost of the mattress was high, discount given which then meant I couldn't get the 0% interest Then over charged and refund not processed immediately - it has been 5 days and refund still not processed

The first person we approached looked slightly older than the person who ended up helping. We wanted and 'older head' but that assistant passed us on. I am not sure why. The key reason I am not 100% happy with Dreams, is that on the website, it states delivery at £39.99. That is all I was expecting and that to include disposal. Instead, we had a further £39.99 for disposal of the old bed and mattress AND we have to dismantle the old bed as well! Which begged the question: so what exactly are we paying for. I think this part of the 'deal' is very expensive but we were buying on behalf of relatives who have an urgent need for a bed and we didn't have a lot of choice but to go for Dreams anyway. We were even asked to take the big green bag home for the old bed and mattress. Well, I'm buggered if we're going to fill the bag for the price you're charging. The delivery men can do that! I checked with our assistant and he confirmed we didn't have to.
