The employee Charles that served us was very helpful and polite and got the job done very efficiently, saying that it was our 3rd visit to a dreams to decide so we made his job easy lol. But never the less he did his job to a high standard. I'm just hoping when the matteress is delivered I like it 😜

Selection of headboards was too limited.

The service was very good. But we were looking for a reasonable firm mattress but there are only 2 choices in the branch. May be a good idea they can show us more products from dream's online product list. However, i am sartisfied your service.

some of the show models looked a bit worn and tatty .I understand that this is through customer use which is very important but it does not give you the confidence that wear might do this to your bed eventually after purchase
