the only reason for not being highly satisfied is that i exceeded my budget.i did not expect to end up paying that amount.on the other hand the items i purchased still have not been delivered.so it is a bit early to say..when they arrive the quality of them might bring a high satisfaction.

Delivery of the item is over 5 weeks with no right to cancel the order . The order is placed prior to checking deliver details .

The store was fairly busy and there was some interruption in the service we were provided.

It wasn't made clear that it was 2 payments of £39 one for disposal of the old mattress and another £39 for delivery of the new mattress I was lead to believe it was just one payment of £39 untill I got home and the digital receipt was studied, so was very dissatisfied with having to pay nearly £80

I would prefer if the beds were laid out in order of firmness I think this would help and the lowere end products should be separated from premium products

Did not have a specific product that we wanted. However, assistant did offer alternative(s) so although not "highly satisfied", we were not disappointed. We were therefore satisfied with our experience.

I had no expectations prior to visiting so cannot compare actual events against them. Also, I have no prior experience of this type of shop / purchase so again, nothing to compare or contrast against.

The first sales assistant that approached showed little interest in showing items. The second assistant that approached us was more helpful. At time of purchase, to pay a delivery charge after spending almost £800 was somewhat of a surprise.

Everything was fine, staff (Michael) pleasant and helpful, nothing wrong as such. But of course I would like more for my money, who wouldn't? So I cannot say I'm Highly Satisfied as that implies I'm happy with the price too.

It took forever to get the credit approved. Had to go through a different credit provider in the end. Then the system kept crashing and the staff member was slow at retyping everything meaning I had to repeat my details about 5 times. Once it had all gone through the card machine wouldn't work to take my deposit. It took about an hour to from sitting down to walking out. The manager did rush over to us when we were leaving to apologise though.
