I would have preferred more choice. Prices were very high.

I found the prices to be quite expensive despite being in the sale. I also didn't find the layout to be particularly user friendly and it took me a while to locate what I was looking for as all the assistants were busy at the time. The delivery charge was also incredibly dear.

I had to look around the store to find someone to help me but once I did the service was very good.

There were 2 types ottoman base available. One cost £100 more than the other. There was no available explanation as to why one was better than the other. We saw that the hydraulics were visually slightly different but there was no written or verbal explanation given as to why one cost more than the other. We ended up buying the more expensive one as we were told it was better; we were not told WHY it was better. We bought the more expensive one purely because we were told it was better...probably not terribly sensible of us!

The mattress (sigma) was not in store and was told if I purchase it and am dissatisfied with the product I'd have to pay a £39.99 delivery charge

So many beds and options it confused me.

Assumed we would get a better deal paying cash but no further offers albeit price was discounted

Service was good but it was busy and we had to wait a while to speak to an assistant. More staff would have helped.

Well I do think my purchase was expensive, but good beds are and I haven't bought one for a long time
