mattresses are too expensive. When spending a large sum of money would be nice if the assistant was able do more deals! I probably would have bought more accessories, if I felt I was getting a better deal

1. Dreams was hard to find without a car.We spent half an hour wandering round the industrial estate trying to find Dreams. You closed the High St store down in Croydon. 2 We don't have a car so rely on delivery and we find difficulty in assembling flat pack furniture 3. We needed our old bed to be removed and disposed of. You did all these things for us but we thought it excessive that you levied a charge for each extra. I am certain that smaller retailers would have done some of these extras for free.

I Think the service was of very good standard I was offered a hot beverage when I went to sit down to make the purchase and the Sales colleague Melissa Was very helpful and is a great asset to your team

Because in haven't had my purchase delivered yet so the whole experience is not complete and considering you sent me an email and a text confirming my delivery I would have thought you would have known this

Not many staff meaning that I had to wait. There could be an easier way of viewing the mattresses ie in a brochure. Could do with More info regarding differences in mattresses

I was buying a new mattress despite my old one bought from dreams only 17 months ago for £1200 all of a sudden giving me back pain. I at least expected to be offered a discount on the new one. Also begrudge having to pay £78 for delivery and removal of old mattress

Sales person Diane was helpful but price for such a swift business could have been better so we could be highly satisfied customer.

I think i received very good service and paid a good price for the goods. But with a 6 week waiting list and overall i would not say it was exceptional as i did not need to push the staff to do anything outside the norm

The mattress price was very expensive and so we had to choose a cheaper one
