There is always room for improvement, was offered free delivery when we went to another branch (wandsworth) was not offered this at croydon. However, Melissa, Croydon was lovely and assisted us well, talkative but not over whelming or pushing for a sale

I was not happy that there was a delivery cost and that this was also hidden until I was committed to purchasing the bed.

I found the product descriptor for the beds were not detailed enough.

We were looking at floor standing headboards and due to the design of the structure, the headboard I needed to view was right at the back and could not be moved. The assistant apologised and just said it looked like the one in front but with horizontal rather than vertical segments. That doesn't help when the price of these headboards started at £200 upwards for the size we required.

I was highly satisfied with the staff in the store. However, they were unable to order sprung slats for us for our bed we purchased last year (advising us that the only people who could add it to our order (mattress) were customer service - number was given to us). We were more than happy to contact until right now as I'm here today currently sat on hold and have been for 1hr 48 minutes and still waiting for someone to help us add sprung slats to our order. I feel that this could have been avoided if staff in store could support this. It has left me slightly disappointed if im honest.

Shop assistant did not give us much information on the products. We had to approach him to get answers to questions.
