The level of service was good with a helpful adviser who took time with our needs.

Although I found the assistant friendly I did feel like he was just a tad pushy asking if we had made our mind up more than once and while talking to him he was looking over our shoulder a few times looking/listening to other people

Noel forgot to give me the green bag for the disposal of my old bed causing another visit to the store

Not enough choice of storage beds and one we looked at was very poorly made

Although the assistant was friendly and helpful, I did not find him a very enthusiastic salesman

My experience today started with meeting Ian and Mel, who were friendly, courteous and professional during our visit. Knowledge was good and I have no negative comments to make, which is always a positive! I did not feel under any pressure whatsoever to purchase, which from a sales perspective can be a negative - nothing worse than being 'bullied' into buying. All around impressed.

The bed could not be provided for a fortnight which did not compare favourably with other suppliers but I still went ahead as previous purchase of bed was very satisfactory.

Michal was very thorough to provide us with the mattress we were requiring and why it would suit our needs compared with alternatives maybe more expensive or cheaper. He was also able to provide us with suitable pillow so as to supplement the mattress. Good salesman, ticked all the boxes.

When said I didn't like a certain mattress would have been helpful to have been asked why so staff could offer a suitable alternative or show us in the right direction.
