There's ALWAYS room for improvement, however, I found that the customer service assistants, whilst friendly and welcoming, were too annoying-the store wasn't particulary busy, yet we had around 4 different staff members asking if we needed help in the space of half hour.

I felt that the store could have given us a better discount or a free gift this time. If I had taken the time to order the same mattress online then i would have got a free mattress protector with it and may have even bagged a better deal with another store. There also seemed that the option to cancel a product later was not available but just to replace with another product from the same store.

We were not asked how we would like to pay until order was virtually completed. Salesman assumed that as we were buying at the cheaper end of the market, that we would pay all £800 immediately. Thought that this was rather patronising. Consequently order took a long time to process

The one bed I actually wanted doesn't come in the right size (5') despite the on bed advertising telling us how much a 5' mattress would be for it! Meant we were rushed into a decision and had to settle for a bed we didn't really want.

Checked items online and came into store to test out beds. Some of the mattresses we viewed online were not in the store
