Cause I want metal bed but was not available in store that time

There were lots of staff in the store but it took a while for someone to ask us if we wanted help. There seemed to be staff members who knew more than others but this was not immediately obvious so we ended up talking to lots of different people. The colour coding system is great but some beds had grey colours on them which didn't seem to match with anything.

Michael the sales assistant was great and so polite. The only problem is we have to wait a month for our bed! It's really frustrating. Also we were not offered building the bed upon delivery which we now have to phone and sort out - but Michael isn't in until Tuesday. He tried to problem solve for us as best he could and did a wonderful job. Well done Michael!

The staff were very friendly and polite, but not obtrusive. The store carried a large range of beds, which is why we choose to buy from there.
