On arrival we was welcomed by Moses whom asked if we needed help and we showed him are present mattress which now replacing and he showed us the equivalent to ours and we tried several mattresses and before we ordered he asked if we needed a drink of coffee or cold drink and then got down to business with which I was very happy with and Moses went through all the process with which we ordered a new mattress..

Rosa was very informative and made sure we picked the perfect mattress

Michael was super attentive and guided us through the process. We had no idea what we were looking for and thanks to Michael we were able to get everything we needed. He helped us on the sleep match system and provided drinks which was a nice touch. We even bought the pillows which he recommended to us. Couldn't have asked for an easier service!
