The time it took to order over the phonel. I said I would not go to a store (I am 82) but I did not tell the Sales Assistant. I refused to go to a Dreeams store at least twice.

WARMLY WELCOMED AND GIVEN THE RIGHT PRODUCT AND COLOUR BUT WHEN IT CAME TO PAYING, I REQUEST FOR FINANCE OPTION WHICH THE SALES PERSON REFUSED IT AS HE WAS TOO BUSY WITH GETTING HIS SALES MADE DURING THE DAY.

A lovely salesman showed me my options and how the pricing worked, once I made a decision this gentleman was not available but there was someone else available to assist me. This gentleman rushed me when going through finance I was not able to read the pre contractual information without him asking if I was done yet and he only let me read the first 3 points he was not helpful didn't give me any further information other than delivery date and I could tell he just wanted to make the sale and move on as quick as possible to the next customer. The initial interaction with the previous colleague, price and quality has left me happy with my purchase if it weren't for the first guy I probably would have walked out.

The bed I purchased was not there to view in person even though I'd specifically traveled to the largest dreams store I was aware of I needn't have bothered.
