I am unsure why this box came up, my wife and I were very happy with our visit if its because we did not respond 10 out 10 on every question its just I believe there is always room for improvement.

There was nothing wrong with the service but to be highly satisfied it would have to be a fantastic experience. I'm not sure what that is but I'm sure you can pay someone to create that.

the sales person (Deryck) was was very helpful and friendly, but he found the in-house ordering system very confusing to use as the product we'd chosen was new and for some reason wasn't very clear for him to find. It took ages (longer than 30 minutes) for the order to be processed in-store and eventually the store manager had to help, and he found it just as confusing. Otherwise it was a good service.

I did want a white faux leather bed, but ended up going with a silver one as you didn't sell any white leather beds?

We were very satisfied with the service we received at the store. I cannot say any more until our bed has been delivered and the whole process is complete.
