I was Satisfied with the speed of service and the customer service and knowledge of Deryck who served me, he was warm, friendly and offered me several options and offered advice but was not too pushy. He gave a warm greeting when I came in and I had researched what I required before coming to the branch, he offered me tea and other services but I did not want to spend too long in the branch as I had other plans for the afternoon and his speed of service was what I required and he recognised that.

We knew what we wanted when we went in, I would have ordered on line but wanted the children to try the mattresses to make sure they were satisfied. Got pounced on by salesman, who kept trying to sell us things we didn't want and offered us coffee about 10 times. Even though I had told him, we knew what we wanted, we didn't want coffee or to buy pillows. I had to be at work in an hour we just wanted to order and leave. Yet he still kept on about pillows and coffee.

In the end I ended up getting a different bed to the one i originally wanted (which was the cheaper one) due to complications with the delivery date on the system. Note: This was mainly to do with the system our assistant was working with, NOT the assistant himself.

The prices quoted online make you think wow that's good value then in store find it's just one piece of the bed then you have to buy the wooden splatts than the divan so I was thinking £599.00 then this lands up £1313.23 that's a big jump then looked on net when came home at bensons there price was all included £699.00 but can't change your mind hey hoo got it now
