Customer service was very good. The staff at the store seemed very friendly and helpful. I cannot fault the sales adviser who served me- he was very attentive and was very helpful to the needs required when considering the options available. He also provided me with customer service number as I have a problem with my own mattress I purchased from Dreams 2 years ago.

We were happy with the service provided, but 'highly satisfied' implies perfection, and this would not be accurate. 'Satisfied' implies our expectations were met, which they were. To achieve perfection would be to ask too much - we do not expect that.

my only issue is the delivery date, just over 4 weeks. The bed was for my daughters 16th birthday, and we wanted to surprise her by having the bed ready in her new bedroom. This will not be possible with the delivery date given.
