Dreams - Croydon

There was only 2 beds in small double size, not the one I particularly wanted.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at the dreams...The customer service was great and l'm really enjoying the comfort of the bed that l bought.🤗

I am highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams because your staff, Michael (197) was quite patience, he listens well to understand my queries and needs, the products were clearly explained to help me to choose correctly.

A little pricey. Item I wanted did not come in the size I was after so I had to choose a more expensive item.

I was satisfied with the service given the first time and third time that I was there trying to make my decision, Michael and Barret were extremely helpful on those occasions

We found a dead mouse next to 1 of the beds/mattresses we were trying

Price of product

The sales staff were available and seemed knowledgeable but we did feel a little pressured into making a purchase. We very nearly left the store because the salesman was been very pushy and following us around the store.

Sales person had to read the signage before directing to the product and labelling unclear taking longer to find. The product range were not all together

My wife is in a wheelchair and was never spoken to it's like she was not there and it was her doing the order
