Could have valued more technical info about the beds on display

I am satisfied I purchased the item I had viewed online and that it will be delivered at a time that suits me. It is no more or less that I expected. I thought it was a pleasant experience, the coffee was a nice touch although a little impractical when testing beds. The representative that we had first encountered was not pushy and he in fact sent another rep to complete the sale.

The person who attended to me was very professional, helpful and friendly

I was satisfied with the overall service, as there's always room for improvement i never rate totally satisfied as i feel there be be a tendency for too much complacency. all my needs were met by the consultant.

When we had our consultation to buy our bed, we were informed that if the bed was reduced at any time, we would be refunded the difference. However, I found out later down the line that this was only until the bed had been delivered. Not acceptable, very poor mis selling.

I was surprised at how much a mattress is for a single bed.

The assistant was very knowledgeable regarding the bed product we purchased and gave us his full attention. Speed of ordering was very satisfactory. Waiting delivery now as beds need to be made accordingly.

Wanted an earlier delivery date

Overall it was ok.

The guy that took the order was fab. The girl we asked to help us before he got involved was useless. She gave us the wrong information twice. I had to google the info in the end. She nearly lost you the sale.
