Whilst the sales person was friendly, I think it would be benefits to discuss prices of products as you go along. Waiting until placing the order to discuss the cost is too late.

There were no customers in the shop when we arrived and two assistants, neither of them acknowledged we were there or offered any help.

Had to place two purchases separately as a storage box was out of stock and not available as part of my bed set ordered on the initial purchase.

Partially due to an item not being carried at the store we attended, but we could have checked this in advance. However, it wasn’t carried at any stores within a reasonable distance, which was a shame. We also felt a little rushed during the purchase. Nothing horrendous, but a slightly calmer process would’ve been appreciated. Again, nothing was terrible, but not quite at the “highly satisfied” level. Cheers!

I am unclear what "Highly Satisfied" means. The service I received was good, the ease of ordering was good, and the price was fair. I was satisfied.

We paid for mattress collection. Upon receiving my confirmation email it was discovered that I had not been given the green mattress packaging. This has been put in the post to us, but may not arrive intime for my planned delivery.
