I was quite satisfied with my experience at this Dreams store. The colleague who served my partner and I was extremely helpful and very polite. Though I have no idea of the size of alternative Dreams stores, this store was not great in size in my opinion which I believe is at the fault of nobody. I just wished I would have been able to view a wider selection of beds and mattress types.

I was told in store the product that I required was on a two week delivery. When I got home to check the dimensions only half an hour later, I phoned the store and paid in full for the bed only to be told that a delivery could not be booked for another one to two weeks with a delivery time scale of two weeks after that.

The delievery service its not customer friendly and inflexible. Not happy as have to take whole day annual leave unless I pay £25 for 12-6pm service. I think this is insensitive as annual leave is precious. No I don't have anyone that can wait in my home for a bed to del.

satisfied with the overall sales approach which was not pushy but felt the sails person did not have enough scope to sort a price out have since found the item £116. cheper at furniture village with free pillows when i looking at sofas

I was highly satisfied with the service in the store. I am not highly satisfied as i have not received the item yet and so i can not be completely satisfied until i get to use the product at home. As for the service in store it was impeccable.

Felt a bit stalked by a different salesman! Michael was exactly the right mix of helpful and giving us space. We had been in 2 weeks ago when he had helped us a lot so we asked for him again and got the service we wanted.

Nithing in particular.. it is just that there is always room for improvement. However, the storm was very chilly considering I had to get comfortable and take off my jacket to try the mattresses.

We went into dreams twice that day. The first time we found the bed frame that we liked and we then enquiries about mattresses but the assistant wasn't very helpful. He took us to the dreams own range and when I asked whether there were any other comparable ones we could try he said yes but didn't want to show us because he thought they'd be outside of our budget. We did not give him a budget. He ended up wandering off and we had no idea what we were left looking at in terms of mattresses. We can back again a second time and had a different assistant who was very knowledgeable about all the different kinds of mattresses and pillows.
