It took an extremely long time to actually place the order, particularly with the amount of forms to fill out and sign. In addition to this it needs too be made very clear the clause in the T&C's about the restocking charge for sent back items, additional cost for re-delivery and no refunds if picking an item the second time that happens to be cheaper than the original order.

because the delivery is not up to the mark. They do not understand the availability of the customer although they have been paid the required amount as per the store policy.

The delivery was the best of the stores visited, although it would have been nice if the items were available sooner. This was the only area which could have been improved. For reference, bed-frame and mattress ordered June 23, earliest delivery July 10.

Delivery time is too long and you could loose the sale where the product is needed immediately. Worth having some extras in showroom storage for quicker delivery

I'm someone that likes to be left to browse and come to my own conclusion when purchasing items. If I have questions i will approach someone, the staff in the store were very avaible and approachable though.

There was no leeway in discounts when it came to multiple purchases. Would of been nice, when buying a new bed that we could of got a further discount for the mattress. Would put me off wanting to buy both products from yourselves as I know I could go anywhere else in the future

Walked into store and had to ask for help, assistant who initially helped me then passed me to another colleague. I work in retail and believe it would have been a better customer experience if I was greeted when entering store and served by same colleague throughout whole transaction

The prices are really high and the bed frame I was looking for wasn't on display. apart from that we had a good service being greeted, a drink was offered and we got to try pillows as well.

Your website had more offers and lower end products than you had in store. Only 2 beds under £500! Michael was very friendly but cant help feel that prices are extremely high for mattresses in recent years.

The bed base was a lot more than I really wanted to pay even for a basic base and headboard
