Dreams - Croydon

Greeted by friendly member of staff (Harry). He demonstrated the mattress match equipment, which gave choice of mattress. We were then shown suitable mattresses and chose one. The actual purchase was dealt with swiftly and competently. We had a pleasant experience.

Michael was a Dream to deal with. When we entered the store (it was very early, we were the first customers) he was the first to let us know that he's available for assistance should we require it. Looking at all the choices, we realised we didn't even really know where to start so enlisted his help. He was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable and knew when to leave us be to try the beds but hovering in the background for any time we needed anything. He even got us beverages and set us up for the Sleep Match machine. His service was excellent.

We were served by Michael in Dreams (Croydon, next to IKEA. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Made the whole process really easy.

Helpful staff, not too pushy; reasonable selection of beds but would have liked more single beds to view.

We were greeted by Moses who proceeded to go above and beyond to help us find what we needed. He showed us the sleep assessment machine and then showed us around 6 mattresses the machine recommended for us until we found the one we wanted. He had good knowledge of all the items we looked at and made us feel very welcome.

The customer service provided by the member of staff who served us was excellent. My partner and I were offered a drink before we sat down and when out item wasn't in stock to take away, the member of staff quickly got back to us with a selection of delivery dates to suit us best. The member of staff presented her self very well and and attended to us very quickly as we entered the store.
