Not sure what Highly Satisfied is meant to mean! However I went looking for a product I'd seen before, but got told it's been replaced by something else but that it's meant to be the same product. Don't get it.

We felt that the member of staff who served us was a little bit pushy in terms of his sales manner. It was in a friendly and joking way - but it was still pushy.

The store was clean, however the beds weren’t as clean as I would have liked so testing them made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful
