The sales assistant (Diane) was very helpful. We didn't really have a clue which base or mattress to buy. She helped with our decision showing and explaining a few differences between different ones. This narrowed our choice down making it a lot easier to choose the correct items we required. We spent more than we wanted to but still walked of your shop very satisfied she is a credit to your company

Original frame we wanted was not available in our timeframe

Diana was very helpful and understanding to the needs of my wife on the comfortably and the firmness of the mattress and the style of bed we where looking for.

The service was okay, the staff did keep asking if we needed help and we did say we would let them know when we were ready but still they kept pestering, store itself could do with some refreshing, generally though service was okay

It was implied that we would get the matching pillows and mattress protector free with our purchase as we were buying the tempur brand and Deryck kept saying we'd 'sort something out' and 'take those with you today' etc but he just gave us a 5% discount. This was a stealthy sales tactic, else I would have been highly satisfied.

The particular show room we visited is not one we would normally go to as it is, depending on traffic, a 2 hour drive from our home. We just happened to be at the location and as we wee looking for a new mattress we decided to go in and see what was available. We were very happy with the attentina and service we received.

The price was a bit too high

I already knew which mattress, frame and headboard I wanted. The staff member could have slaked me additional questions to ensure that I had considered all of my options.

I was looking for bed frame and mattress in your store.i have ordered the mattress from dreams. But the bed frame options are v limited.Hence have to go to another store .

I was satisfied but it could have been better if 1. The computer was working from the beginning (which is no fault of the sales person) but he had to ring and have it restarted or something. Secondly my produceted will be delivered 11 days after purchase date, which is a shame. The mattress comes rolled so ideally they could have had some in the store already. The website claims this is a good mattress if your are in a rush and you can get one the the same day which is not true. But overall a very helpful collegeue and nice store.
