went entering the store all the mattress i could see where memory foam which i did not want.There was a group of sales people standing talking , I had to say in a loud voice it would be nice to have some help here , then was approached by a sales man

I was very satisfied with my experience today at Dreams. The customer service agent, Deryck, was friendly and although initially struggled to find a mattress that met my challenging requirements he pulled through in the end. He offered us refreshments while the order was placed and informed us of additional products that we were seriously considering to purchase, although due to our time constraints and lack of space we decided to postpone them until our next visit to the store.

I purchased my mattress at the store . I was approached by a member of staff immediately. He was very friendly and helpful. The reason I am not fully satisfied, it's the delivery time . I was expecting to be delivered within a few days.

Promises are usually food but past experience has led to scepticism that this will be carried through to the end.

A delivery date was agreed in store but when delivery order was received on-line the date was incorrect. Had to make an unnecessary call to store to change the delivery date.

The choice of mattresses was vast - I didn’t know where to start! Although i am happy with what I purchased, I don’t know if I missed out on a better option.
