I fully appreciate that the display items (beds & mattresses) are in continuous use by memebers of the public; and that at times they are bound to become soiled by overuse / wear and tear. However, there were some mattresses that were soiled to the extent that one might not entertain the thought of lying on them in order the sample the firmness. The salesperson (Tanya) was *extremely* helpful though, and proceeded to offer us replacement pillows to lay our heads on. She even prepared beverages for us while we sampled the beds! This is the type of service one expects from sales staff nowadays - but it's not always evident; Tanya is a credit and an asset to your store!

The sell person was not very friendly, she had a problem with log in too her account so she completed sale on somebody else account which upset here big time.

I was Highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams, received very good help from Mel. She had extensive product knowledge and was very patient with us, whilst we were taking our time testing every mattress and bed in the store.

Some of the staff were very pushy to try to sell you stuff. However the one we bought from, Michael, was very professional and gave accurate information about the products so we could make an informed decision.

I came into the store as opposed to ordering online because I wanted more of a service, experience and tryout approach. I liked the sleep analysis machine. However, there were many suggestions in the result but we were definitely steered to what I believe to be the most expensive mattress. I would have preferred to try a few mattresses and see if the Tempur I ordered was really worth the premium price. I really hope when it arrives, it's amazing as it was sold to be but I still feel there was too much focus on trying to get me to the desk and close.

Considering the amount of items I purchased. 2 x expensive mattresses and a bedframe, building bedframe and removing old bedframe and 2 mattresses I had hoped for rather more discount. Also, considering many companies now offer 10 years guarantee on a mattress (Eve, Emma, Simba, Nectar etc) I was surprised to have to oay for more than 1 year.
