Dreams - Croydon

There is always room for improving, the stock is not great and limited choice in store, the staff is great and helpful.

The store was very busy. The staff were as helpful as could be. We were shopping for a new bed with our young children and they were getting restless. Once we saw Moses he was very efficient and super helpful. Unfortunately there was a problem with the system so the process took much longer than planned. Moses was couldn’t have gone more out of his way to make us comfortable and was very apologetic for the delay.

Delivery date is the 27th of January which wasn't ideal for us, we was informed anything later then that week was showing that we would be charged £10 extra which seems strange given we are being made to wait longer for the product. Also we were looking at mattresses but no compromise could be found on on price on us buying other items at same time. Was willing to spend more money

There should be always room for improvement. No one is perfect

i did think it is highly satisfied comparing wise.Just normal.

I wanted a bed in store but it was mislabeled which led to me ordering the incorrect item.

We went to Dreams store straight after DFS store, therefore we have had something to compare with. At dfs store we were approached by the staff straight away and the atmosphere was quite welcoming and friendly, whereas at Dreams, staff does not seem to be very interested in selling and the atmosphere was more like warehouse type. At the end the person who served us was very friendly and the deliver timeframes were quicker, so we bought our bed from Dreams

The choice was not as varied as I would have liked. There seemed to be only 5 mattresses to try that were the right firmness, which seemed odd to me. Also the assistant was not able to give me proper guidance on how to choose a headboard and divan for the mattress it took a while to understand what patterns and colours of headboard I could have purchased. It wasn't adequately explained then we eventually realised that they were different brands and it was limited within each brand. I think she was new, so perhaps still learning that aspect. She was very pleasant and you can see she was trying to be helpful.

I think the quality looks good but the price was a bit expensive
