The bed and mattress cost a lot of money. It would have been nice if the sales assistance could have done more on the price or thrown in the pillows I liked

The sales assistant was very friendly and not pushy - so very positive. However, the product and technical knowledge could be improved for all sales people in dreams i.e. knowledge beyond what is available in print form provided by manufacturers in the show room. Also the sleep machine appeared impressive but then the list of recommended mattresses were all in the top price range and some of these mattresses do not necessarily have the best reviews. In fact, the sales assistant went along with a mattress similar to the one in the list which matched my initial budget requirements - so what does the sleep machine really do other than simply say firm or medium firm mattress. What about pillows which also matter?

I wanted to look at the bed before I purchased it but it was not available to look at in store
