I was approached by an assistant when I first walked into the store which was great and taken to the machine to see what type of mattress I needed, however whilst we was doing that another customer asked the assistant to help her- off he went with her and never came back, which I thought was very rude. Eventually a nice young man called Deryck saved the day as I was on the verge of walking out.
