One of the items we wanted was not in stock - it was not possible to get any more information. The item seems to appear as not available as soon as the sale commenced. Would have been good to be allowed to order at sale price and have a longer lead time for delivery.

Just a little bit more time left alone to decide which mattress we would like would have been nice. I appreciate that the salesman wanted to make a sale but it's not nice to feel like you're being watched all the time you're trying out mattresses.

It was near closing time and was rushed through the whole process coupled with the unfriendliness of the staff who served us. He wasn’t responding to us as expected. I supposed because it was late. I expect he would have just said we are closed and please come back tomorrow. He was quiet knowledgeable but I hope the product he suggested which we settled for is of good quality though.

Only that I was not given the green bag to wrap up my old mattress so will have to do this on the day that my new bed is delivered.

My only challenge is that the prices for mattresses seems to have risen quite bit since we last bought one three years ago. Otherwise, very happy.

It’s just that the item I wanted wasn’t available in the store, and I was told that they are out of stock, so waiting for 10 weeks, I think it’s long period of time, otherwise, I had no choice, I had to wait, as it was my item choice, I think could be like 5 to 6 weeks
