staff very helpful and understood what i was looking for and gave all information i needed with all aspects of what i was looking for

Michael was very knowledgeable about the products involved and the pros/cons for the various mattress types. The staff were very friendly and provided tea whilst we were browsing. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy and that it was our choice on the final product with advice rather than being directed.

Although initially I was given a bed base that did not match my requirements, after a few phone calls and assistance from customer service my problem was resolved. During both my visits and phone calls the person/persons I was dealing with were very helpful and professional. I left the store both occasions smiling.

Moses was just above and beyond, great at understanding our needs and taking time to listen to the kids needs whilst balancing it with my budget, coffee was a nice touch too

I came back after purchasing a bed and a mattress a couple of months ago. I bought the same mattress again for someone else as I was very pleased with the quality, price & of course the service.

I believe there is an opportunity to improve the customer experience. This could be through sharing the ideas/photos of model rooms/recent purchases and if dream colleagues could further the best value products to their customers.
