Extensive well presented selection, and well judged and knowledgeable assistance. Couldn't want for anything.

The item we were looking for was not available in shop, but on line only. The shop assistance was very helpful in placing our order and assisting with the choice of suitable mantras and accessories. I was slightly disappointed however with charges offered for delivering to address then additional to bed room and then again to assemble. Other than this the service was excellent.

I knew what I wanted from doing my research. I went into the store on several occasions to measure up the bed to make sure it fitted the room. On my first visit staff made me feel very welcome and always available when I need my questions answered. Not only was I able to browse in comfort without being harassed. The staff made my wife and I a cuppa while we browsed. The day of the purchase Michael knowing I was going to purchase the bed still made me feel like it was the first time I'd been in the store and fully engaged with me. Yet again Michael went above and beyond with his service making me feel that the money I spent with Dreams was an easy transaction.

The sales assistant Moses was very informative and spent alto time helping us find the right bed for us and also a mattres for when I'm ready to buy one..

I want you to know you have an exceptional employee, ish , in your support division. his calm, patient manner was a great help to me when i was looking for a bed . His knowledge of the product range were fab . If the quality of a company employees is an indication of future success, then dreams has a very bright future !! the supervisor or manager with it was also a true credit to the company also GREAT TEAM MICHELLE MOONE

Tanya went out of her way to assist me in finding a divan bed for almost immediate delivery. In the event, my choice was not available so quickly but she found me an alternative.

Sale assistant was well coming as soon as we stepped into the store. He was helpful and allowed us time to look around. Once our minds was made up, he was happy to answer any questions we asked. He explained about the product we want purchase. We were also offer a cup of tea, At no time we were presented into buying anything we don't want.
