Assistance was available as soon as we walked through the door,the assistants name was 'ish' and he was very helpful,we were purchasing a bed for our daughter and ish showed us all products that were suitable for her.we were then passed onto 'diane' at the desk who also was very kind and helpful and arranged a quick delivery slot and completed the purchase smoothly.

The service me and my daughter received, from your staff was excellent very helpful with advice about various mattresses, after I had chosen my bed, and good prices as well I am so pleased I went into dreams that day. My granddaughter who is seven, was climbing up the ladders of the bunk beds, after numerous times told by us to stop climbing it's not a playground she continued. While we were viewing beds, and deciding on mattresses, one of your staff told her to be careful, and came and spoke to us saying he told her not to climb up, and apologised he was just concerned she may fall and hurt herself. We said we understood and would not at all think he was having a go at her, we believe children should listen to their parents. Was also offered tea and coffee excellent staff brilliant service. Will definitely come back, and recommend to family and friends.

There was a good range of products both in style and prices to choose from. The store manager and assistants were readily available to help but also gave us time to ourselves to choose and decide. We found the mattress we needed within our budget with the help of Ish. We were offered coffee and water by him. The sale proceeded quickly with Darren giving us relevant information in a pleasant and helpful manner.

The availability of the product and assistance obtained while making purchase was very good. The procedure of placing order was very smooth and transparent.

My primary purpose was to review bed options for my spare room. Upon entry and a short period looking at beds, i was approached by the salesman (Ish). I was very clear to Ish that i had a limited budget (bed is for spare room) and he didn't look to over sell or push which can be common in these situations. He showed cheapest bed available, which wasn't suitable for me, then worked up through the pricing to illustrate the improved quality in both bed (divan) and mattress. I didn't intend to purchase a bed, but upon understanding the costs and options i was content with purchasing.
