The lady, Alex, that served us was extremely helpfully, but not in the slightest bit busy at the same time. Answered questions that we had and advised us what products would suit us given our response to questions.

The colleague who helped me was very good at her job and made it really easy for us. She gave us time when we needed it and answered all of our questions. She offered us drinks and did everything she could to help us make the best decision. I think her name was Alexandra, and she was fabulous.

I visited the Dreams store in Valley Park Purley Way and was helped by a gentleman named Moses. He was extremely nice and knew the products sold. I had a lot of questions regarding the mattresses and he was able to answer all my questions.

We were allowed to take our time looking around and the staff checked with us to make sure if we needed advice. When we asked questions Diane was knowlegeable and helped us to realise what best met our requirements.

Upon arriving at the store we had a slight idea of the product brand of mattress we were interested in purchasing. We were directed straight away by Moses who carried a pillow around the store with us. He wasn't presurisng in any manner was very patient we then asked to see the temper range again very knowledgable about the range. Once asked to cost total our package he was very efficient. Once we had decided upon the purchase he was again very efficient and made the purchase quick and easy. We both have left the store feeling that we have had excellent customer service and Moses is a credit to your store.

We were met soon after entering the store and the assistant was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered that day and the delivery happened exactly as planned, with calls to confirm the delivery window, which is always good.
