As soon as we walked in we were asked if we needed assistance from Moses and he stayed us during our stay, answering our many questions politely and generally making us feel at ease.

Moses was extremely helpful, patient and friendly.

Sales assistant was promptly available and without being over bearing, took me directly to the range of products and explained the range differences, without pressure on time or making a sales. She checked with a colleague the time limit on the "offer" availability. She correctly read my reluctance to pay for delivery, and instead, offered free delivery with only a few days delay, for which I am grateful.

There are many options. Service was great Clean and Friendly environment.

I would like to say that I have really enjoyed my visit at Dreams, Assistance I have received from the staff specially ( Michael) who has placed our order and assisted with the queries.
