Dreams - Croydon

We were greeted by Michael at the Croydon store. He was friendly and extremely helpful throughout our visit. Very personable and even moved mattresses to see what they were like on different bases. Was very patient with us. He knew the products really well. I was impressed with the availability if the beds/mattresses (we had been to John Lewis the day before and there was no stock available to order at all)

Michael/Barrett were both extremely helpful and understanding of our needs, they were very knowledgeable on the products available and had a very friendly informative manner

As soon as we came into the store we were greeted by Michael who was very friendly. He asked us the right questions and genuinely listened to our needs. Michael was very patient and understanding, giving us time to think when we needed it. He made us laugh and we felt at home and not pressured to buy the wrong thing. Michael made the 0% finance application seamless and we spend around £1500 within half an hour which I think is an example of his brilliant customer service.

First visit Noel was excellent in showing me around all the ottoman bed frames & variety of mattresses! Second visit Michael was excellent in sealing the deal with bed frame & mattress! Both Noel/Michael work in Dreams Purley Way Croydon. Finally 2 delivery guys were punctual, pleasant & very professional in assembling my new bed! Fantastic experience!

We were greeted on arrival by Moses, who was friendly, welcoming and had a smile throughout. He immediately began assisting us and working to understand our specific needs. He was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the various products and gave us all the information we needed to make the most informed and educated decision on which purchases to make. He provided us with different options suitable to our needs and recommended other products also that we then also purchased (pillows) and a mattress cover, as well as insurance which we also took on. Furthermore the Sleep Simulation Machine was a great experience and helped us understand our specific needs further. Additionally, the Delivery options that Moses provided were excellent and allowed us to arrange for the delivery of our mattress at a convenient time that suited our needs. Our experience was made super easy, comfortable and pleasant, in rapid time, and we will be recommending Moses and the Dreams team to any and all we meet who are looking to make similar purchases in the future.

Moses who was the worker who helped us pick out our bed was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, attentive but also not overly in our face whilst we were in the Croydon branch store.

Was assisted from the moment I walked in. The salesman helped me identify the right mattress for me by putting me on the sleep match machine then taking me round allowing me to test the mattresses he recomended. Very helpful, knowlagable and understanding

The gentleman, Michael, who greeted me was very polite and offered me a drink. He was very polite and helpful and spent time explaining the differences in various mattresses and invited me to lie on them to see which I preferred. He also made sure they were within my price range. He asked if I needed any extra items but I said I would leave those until a later date.
