The staff were friendly and I ordered what I wanted at a good price. Also the delivery date suited me. Obviously I have not had the delivery yet but I am optimistic this will also be to my satisfaction.

The staff were helpful and friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the bedding products on sale in their store. My sales consultant was called Moses and he gave me a very personal service. He offered me a range of options in which I could pay for my new bed. He also gave me clear instructions on how to assemble my new bed upon delivery without being pushy on having my bed assembled by one of your fitters. He also told me about other promotions and incentives where I could save money on future purchases.

Was asked if I needed help, and did, so the assistant helped me decide which mattress I needed, most helpful

Noel who served us was very understanding of our needs and showed us the mattress we were looking for and answered all our questions. We didn't feel rushed and was given enough time to try out the mattress before we were ready to purchase.

Good range of products. Sales assistant was very helpful but did not push. He also gave us time to try out different beds.

The store staff where very friendly very helpful and spoke to us about the product we wanted and the difference types we could choose fantastic staff and manager made us a tea and coffee , would like to thank the staff at Croydon purley way dreams , very happy with service ,

Michael, the agent who helped us, was friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased a lot of furniture for our new flat and the process was far less painful than I'd anticipated it might be.

We arrived close to closing time but were greated very well and were allowed to look around but also service was very helpful without being too intrusive.
