We were made very comfortable whilst making our choice and by a very polite and friendly member of staff,

When entering the store we specified that delivery would need to be within 2 weeks to which we were assured there would be no problem. The delivery needed to take place on Sat 2nd may and after finding the bed, mattress and doing all the paperwork, we were told only Friday 1st may or Tuesday 5th may would be ok. This was not ok as explained I was moving into a new flat on the Saturday so Friday is no good. The manager and the colleague who helped us called round to the local depot to ask if it could be changed for our requested time to which it was agreed. I was very greatful as we would of had to look for a bed elsewhere if it could not be delivered on the Saturday. Thank you

We were welcomed in by friendly and helpful staff. They offered us a cup of tea or coffee. They gave us very good information about the beds and then gave us time to try them out. They were available when we had questions and answered them all very thoroughly. They were friendly at the checkout and gave efficient and useful information about our order, offering us a convenient time for delivery along with options for this to suit us. Overall, it was very welcoming and a good shopping experience; efficient and knowledgeable staff and easy to place an order.
