I am very satisfied with the customer services and the sales assistant who was very helpful and pleasant.

Very helpful assistant, as I didn't really know what I was looking for and he explained everything to me. I tried many beds out. I think I have managed to get everything I need.

Because the assistant was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and divans, and was helping me a lot to choose exactly the right bed for me. But he wasn't pushy, he left me alone while I tried about 20 different beds.

Good service and very good price

The sales person was extremely polite, informative, knowledgable and efficient. He even made my wife and I drinks whilst we were browsing.

Michael the assistant was very helpful, and took the time to explain the different mattresses.

It all boils down to the knoledge politeness and good personality of the sales lady Diane. Her knowledge is second to none. She showed my 84 year old aunt respect at all times even when she did'nt understand. She repeated with kindness understanding she is hard of hearing. She is the crown in the jewels at purley way shop.

Very friendly staff with great product knowledge

Assistant was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy. He recommended a few different mattresses according to our requirements and was happy for us to take our time in choosing the right one for us.
