Great team. Lovely to talk to. Highly professional and give fantastic, sound and appropriate advise. In no way do they make you feel worried or stressed. Its refreshing not to feel like you must buy something, instead we felt like we were buying something we needed and that it was the best item. Thank You to Ian and Charlie! Great experience!

Customer Service was excellent. There was a good range of products and Michael took his time to find out what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and did not pressurise us into purchasing before we were ready. It was on our second visit that we placed our purchase.

Three people helped me during this visit. Michael, Charlie and Ian, everyone was excellent and helpful and they were a delight to deal with

Moses was very good at showing us a selection of beds, went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied with our final selection. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was charming.

Upon entering the branch in Purley Way. I was given a suitable length of time to look around, before being approached, Instead of being jumped on as soon as i entered the door. Staff member who assisted me, was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Who tired to sell other products to me, but once i declined, did not pursue the matter any further. Store was when lit, whole experience was positive.

Came into Dreams to purchase a bed, although walked out with quite a lot of other stuff!!!!. We found the staff very friendly especially our sales assistant Tanya, she was not at all pushy and very patient! She was also quite knowledgeable about all the products which i found gave me confindence in making these purchases. Also good to see the manager bringing us coffee whilst Tanya was checking prices. I hope Tanya gets a good amount of commission on our sale or even a bonus!!!!!

The service was friendly and not over bearing - the assistant left me to browse when I needed to and helped me once I had decided. Everyone in the shop that I spoke to was very pleasant and friendly.
