Michael the sales Assistant who served us was very knowledgable he took the time to explain everything to us and also offered us a cup of tea whilst we were browsing around the store. He didn't push us to make a decision quickly and left us to browse so a few minutes, unlike some of the other stores we visited were we were constantly being asked if we wanted help. Michael was very approachable.

We had never purchased a bed before and so we needed to be completely educated on all of the options available. Our adviser was very attentive and patient and provided excellent advice as well as offering a discount. Also, as the Barclays finance approval took slightly longer the Store manager included a bed linen package on top of what we had already purchased which was an extremely nice touch.
