Dreams - Croydon

I first of all went to a store next door but could not figure out how to get what item to choose. Then went to dreams. At first i thought the prices were too high but then before leaving i overheard Charles explaining a product to a customer. He immediately asked me if i needed any help. Although i had declined help from others i thought his interpersonal skills were undeniable. Charles explained the difference between vatious mattresses and showed a variety but when i told him my specific need of a foam but not very expensive matress, he asked me how much i was looking at spending and he directly took me to a matress which i laughed and told him 'that what i am looking for'. Apart from being knowledgeable about the products he offered us some drinks and also carried the matress for us And the approach throughout was great.

Charles was very professional and addressed all of our needs & questions.

The service was excellent and he answered fully any questions we had about the products we bought. We didn't have to wait a long time for delivery of our bed and furniture. The assistant was very polite and professional and gave a excellent service.

We found what we were looking for very helpful staff

Straight away I had assistance and he was not doing multiple things at the same time so I had his full attention. He gave me a variety of beds to try out and gave me details on the product, he also did not rush me and gave me time and space to think. I felt comfortable and he helped me with my thought process.

The assistant, Diane, was very helpful and informative and made the visit and the purchase a very nice experience

The staff were very helpful & friendly,they appeared to be a very happy team. We got fantastic value for money on an 'end of line' bed which the staff were very informative about. We were very happy with quality & value for money on bedding we bought.

The sales assistant, Michael was excellent and spent time explaining and listened to what we wanted. Highly professional service.
