Dreams - Croydon

Charlie & Ian from the Purley Way store were brilliant, they were very helpful giving us all the information we needed to know about the bed. I said which type of bed I would like and they narrowed it down to two beds in the store which suited me perfectly. They spoke through the different payment methods and delivery options very clearly. They were very cheerful, friendly and happy which we loved. We got offered drinks as we entered the store which you wouldn't normally expect from a large department store, it was a lovely touch!

We walked into the store & within a couple of minutes Ian, Manager, asked if he could help, he then spent about 5 minutes with us & asked Diane a question about what we were interested in & then Diane took over from Ian. We were offered tea or coffee. Both Ian & Diane were very knowledgeable about the products. We had spent the previous 2 hours in Ikea & the difference in the way Dreams treat their customers was second to none. Buying the bed & accessories was a very pleasant & stress free experience.

Tanya who was our sales assistant was very fast and efficent. Very helpful and help my parents choose the right bed. Very knowledgeable about beds and made us feel at home.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and spent time explaining things on both visits and when I called with a query Diane is a great team member and made me feel at home explaining the mechanics of the bed with regards to my disability

We were very satisfied with our visit to Dreams, this is because al soon as we walked in we were offered help from a very polite worker called 'Noel' he also helped us find what we were looking for and was able to order the bed we liked in a matter of minutes! the bed came a few days after and we were very happy with the product. The dreams we bought the bed in was at 'Valley Leisure Park' in Croydon. Many thanks.
