Charles was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time and energy in helping me reach a decision

I spent a lot of time testing lots of different beds, eventually finding the one I was happy with. During this time, the shop assistant, Moses, was extremely knowledgeable about the beds, and, probably most importantly, I never felt pressured to hurry up, or buy something I wasn't happy with.

Noel, the sale advisor, was really professional and Well informed and a pleasure to talk to . Also the manager Ian was really helpful

The member of staff the served me was very knowledgable on the products within the store she was very friendly and approachable and was not constantly bothering me while I was browsing but was close by when had questions for her. She is a credit to dreams.

We were given the opportunity to start to have a look around then asked if we wanted any guidance. We were then given the information we needed (along with a cup of coffee) and left to then lie on the beds and talk about our options. Once we had decided what we wanted we were then able to get straight on with ordering the mattress. We were given the option of different additional products (insurance etc) during the ordering process but at no time was there any pressure. A thoroughly pleasant buying experience.

Assistant was attentive, helpful and knowledgeable, but not pushy.

I was greeted immediately by Moses, the store assistant. He listened to my concerns with regard to my back and pointed me in the right direction toward a mattress that would be best suited to my needs.

The adviser was very friendly and answered all our questions we asked the beds we picked out was just what we wanted

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and made every effort to accommodate and assist with patience and great disposition. Thus making it a very pleasant experience and offered libation and was most kind to us all my child included. All questions answered in depth and readily. Superb service. He is an asset to your establishment.

Michael was very friendly and took the time to listen to my requests and showed us beds he thought suited us. I didn't feel pressured into buying the bed which is very positive as often in this type of store the salesmen can seem pushy and this puts us off and wouldn't consider buying in this circumstance. So overall very happy with the service and you had a great selection. We went to Benson for beds too and they only had two ottoman beds and the salesman was too pushy so we came back to see Michael.
