Dreams - Croydon

I was highly satisfied with my visit to dreams in Croydon valley park. Store was nice and clean. Products were nicely spaced and decorated. Was greeted as we entered the store by staff. After looking and trying out the beds and asking for assistance from Michael day who gladly helped me in choosing the right bed with his product knowledge. And by making my experience very relaxing by making a great cup of tea. Michael day is a true asset to the company.

The assistant was very knowledgeable of the products which greatly helped with our choice of purchase and definitely made the difference.

Ian explained the difference between all the mattresses. We told him what we were looking for and be helped show us 2 options (different price ranges) which were perfect. He was attentive & friendly but not salesy (which was nice as my b/f doesn't like it when staff hang over us when trying to make an important decision). We decided to go ahead with the puchase and he made us a cup of coffee, made the while process very simple & comfortable.

Staff were most welcoming and friendly. Their service was of highest standards and anything i asked was answered and accommodated. On top of happy, smiling staff dealing with our order, we got a nice cap of tea. A very nice touch!

The sales assistant was very helpful so much so that after going to bensons for beds to look at beds even though the item was the same price we decided to go back to dreams as we purchased a mattress in the morning and decided to go back and deal with him for the bed in the afternoon.

Michael spent a lot of time with us, he did not rush us at all, and did not push us in to buying items just for the sake of it.

The information I was given to suit my needs was brilliant. I had a price in mind and a style and they managed to find a suitable bed for me. I have back problem so I was shown a variety and the best personal advice as the collegue had back problems himself. I was nervous about spending a lot of money but I'm very happy.

It was an easy and fast visit - Moses was very helpful and understood what we were looking for, we were very busy and able to get everything done as fast as we needed!
