The assistant could not have been more helpful or courteous he apologised as the store was being refurbished so he had to run back and forward to get paper work and sort out payment which he apologised for every time. Showed us several types of tempur matress to make sure we as far as possible made the right choice even finding pillows in tempur that were the most comfortable explaining the difference between each item and also very freindly did not feel uncomfortable in trying the matress's out as we have in other shops.

Friendly service .we were assisted with a ready smile from charley .all in all a satisfactory shopping trip.

Your workers, although construction was going on at the store, gave us time and took us into areas where the workmen were, so that we could see products close up. We also were offered a cup of tea!

We came away with a great deal on our favourite mattress. Charlie was really easy to talk to and was really helpful. We were very impressed with the service.

Charles was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during our visit and advised us on the types of mattress we might be looking for, and also various different options for the bed frame itself
