The assistants were very helpful without being pushy. They were friendly and well-informed and did not try to push us to spend more than we wanted to. They offered sensible suggestions and explained the difference between the beds very clearly.

Friendly staff. We was not jumped on as soon as we walked in, we was told there was assistance there if we needed it and was left to look around. There was no pressure on us to buy,just plenty of advice.

We were met by a member of staff immediately to ask if we needed help. His name was Michael.I explained that I was looking for a bed for the spare room so I didn't want to spend a fortune. He immediately showed me 3/4 possibilities from which I selected one. His subject knowledge was great and his advice helped me make a choice that was best for me. At no time did he try to sell me something I didn't want! He then took us through thee order and delivery process explaining clearly the options . The whole procedure was swift and pleasant and at a time when the store was being re furnished. Well done dreams!
