We were immediately and cordially greeted by an assistant, Michael Day. He was engaging and polite. He clearly informed us about the choices that we had within our expectations, with appropriate observations that helped us to come to a decision. He was very easy to strike up a rapport with and blended humour with patience as we eventually arrived at our decision. My wife was able to lie on the beds for as long as she wanted so that she was able to have a really clear idea of the right one. We bought our last bed from Dreams and have had 17 years of comfortable nights and so were very happy to be able to buy our next bed from the same company. This was in no small part due to the pleasant and cheerful manner of Michael Day - he was a pleasure to do business with.

Dreams offered a choice in the type of mattresses available and also the help provided by staff was based on our needs rather than the need to sell a product . He also drew our attention to other offers available with our purchase. The whole process was seamless and pleasant . There was adequate time for us to ponder over our choices and selection and also freedom to change our mind. The store is spacious, well laid out and appealing .

When I entered the store I was asked if I was alright would i need any help from Michael, I replied no but then he asked would I like any tea or coffee my partner was highly surprised and accepted he then came over when ever we looked confused and answered any questions we had then would let us continue looking without following. Every time he would confidently and ask if there was anything else very satisfied with his help!

Because we received good customer service and this is important to customers visit as it makes a difference

The entire experience was excellent and exceeded my expectations, Moses was very very helpful, not a pushy salesman but an understanding advisor who paid allot of attention to what I wanted and needed. He was helpful and went the extra mile by getting me a new pillow when I was testing the mattresses. The bed was just delivered and the entire process end to end was very easy, no stress and I'm super happy with the end product.

I was welcomed by a staff member named Michael as I entered the store and I said I would browse the bed frames, Michael explained he was ready to help if and when required. I found a frame i liked and Micheal explained all the features and benefits of the bed. I was happy and felt comfortable to place the order. The delivery time booked was only a couple of days later was free and had a 2 hour time slot, i was informed of the cover and protection options and felt happy my order would run smoothly and it did! I was not planning to buy a new mattress at this point but After leaving the store I thinking about the great mattress I had tried out I decided to go back in and but that as well, Michael was very kind and patient as I took my time trying out which one exactly i wanted before making my decision, Michael could not of been more helpful. One added extra is he showed me the new cool touch pillow which i loved! and plan to go back and buy them too. The delivery team rang on the delivery day twice to confirm delivery within a two hour slot and were helpful and kind. The bed and mattress were delivered and the frame was simple to fit together. Overall fantastic!

I found the assistant very knowledgable and able to find what I wanted very quickly.
