The first time we have ever been in to a dreams store for mattress and we are both disabled and we needed the right mattress for our needs and one of your colleague came and helped us could not believe the difference in mattresses you had there you colleagues who helped us had good understanding in what we wanted and also showed us some others we will be telling everyone about you just can't believe how good it was in there with help and advice thanks Anthony and Rita webb

Tanya the assistant who I spoke to was very welcoming and listened to all my requirements and aided me to find the mattress type I was looking for. She then gave me time to look try and make up my mind without pressuring me even offering me refreshments. When I had further questions she was able to answer fairly. Throughout the sale she gave me honest and fair advice and was informative

Helpful staff not too intrusive but there if you needed them. Tanya was especially helpful with good knowledge of her product.

Very friendly approach by staff, gave us time to make sure we had chosen a bed which was suitable for us,offered us advice on different products available,without being pushy,and was very knowledgable on all the different types of mattresses available.

The assistant Noel was very thorough, he was a good salesman without being too pushy and he gave us direct good advice that we needed. He made sure we were happy every step of the way.

We received a prompt and polite greeting when we arrived.the assistant took the time to understand our needs and offered us a range of options.she was informative yet not pushy which helped us make the right purchase

Ian was very friendly and helpful as well as personable. He had excellent knowledge and we hadn't intended to buy a bed today but his knowledge persuaded us to do so.

Soon after entering the store ( but not too soon) I was approached by Moses. He listened carefully to what I said I was looking for, then immediately directed me to look at, and try, all the the beds which fell within this category. He remained engaged and helpful while I considered all the possibilities. At no point did he seem impatient to make his sale or put me under pressure . Moses is clearly a very intelligent and well brought-up young man and I appreciated his help.
